Isaac puts toy in mouth.
Mom says, "Isaac don't put the toy in your mouth.  If you put that toy in your mouth one more time I am going to take it away from you"
Isaac immediately puts toy back in mouth.
Mom takes toy away.
Isaac immeditely puts hand in mouth removes hand and says, "Momma can you take my finters away?"
